Scoliosis Rehab

Scoliosis Rehab

Scoliosis is defined as 'an abnormal curvature of the spine.' Scoliosis above 20 degrees are normally considered as clinical scoliosis and may in fact impact the quality of life and some daily activities.

There are generally 3 types of scoliosis, which are the S curve, C curve, or the combination of both. Either reasons may be from structural (bone structure) or postural (bad posture).

Our Therapist will be able to help minimize and improve your condition through specialized techniques of stretching and strengthening specific muscle groups.
